Lindley had another swallow study on Monday. This is the test where we see if she is still aspirating thin liquids. We found out that she still is struggling with juice and water, so we are still thickening those types. The therapist is not recommending the stimulation therapy (i.e. shock therapy) because her swallowing muscles really aren't the problem, she just gulps down too much at a time. So, we just have to wait for her to figure it out!

Yeah on the no shock therapy. That has to be some releif, but still no fun dealing with juice and water! Please know that we will be praying for that sweet baby girl! She is so precious.
Thanks for the update! I am glad that things are not real serious. Does she like drinking the juice that way?
Does she have little pig tails in her hair in that picture? Too cute, it reminds me of Emily's hair when she was that young. :)
